Taking Refuge means planting the seed of Buddhahood and connecting to an unbroken lineage of blessings all the way back to the Buddha.
Chenrezig purifies our negative patterns and help us realize the Buddha Nature within. The practice develops and enriches an attitude of loving-kindness and compassion for all beings without exception.
